The MoozyFit cattle body size and weight measurement app is an iPad Pro app that lets you estimate the size and weight of cattle by taking their photos.
Because the process uses a non-contact method, stress on cattle is reduced and worker safety can be improved. This allows efficient management of cattle growth.

Weight and size data is important for determining the type and amount of cattle feed. They are also essential for deciding the shipment timing of cattle. MoozyFit supports decision making in livestock management by allowing anyone to easily gather and accumulate data.

Difficulties in Cattle Body Measurement

Cattle body measurement in livestock farming has traditionally faced many difficulties including many hours of work required, high cost of mobile weight scales, and high stress placed on cattle.

Non-contact measurement using smart devices is being promoted to solve these issues.

   Cattle body measurement requires multiple people to round up cattle, then guide cattle to the weight scale, measure, and record data, which takes much time.

2. High Cost of Measuring Equipment

   Specialized measuring equipment, such as mobile weight scales, are expensive, so that it is often prohibitive for livestock farmers to install.

3. High Stress Placed on Cattle

About MoozyFit

MoozyFit is a non-contact cattle measurement app that estimates their weight by automatically capturing body size data such as withers height and body length.
It makes use of the BRaVS Platform, a spatial recognition platform service provided by BIPROGY.

1. Measure Cattle Body Size and Weight

   Body dimentions are analyzed from the camera image so that the withers height, body length, hip height, etc. are automatically measured and the weight is estimated without coming into contact with the cattle. (Patented technology)

2. Visualize and Manage Data

   Body size and weight data is recorded and saved for each cow and can be visualized by herd using graphs and lists.

MoozyFit Usage Scenario

In a cattle shed, a livestock farm worker can run MoozyFit on a smart device to take photos while checking on the health of cattle. Measurements can be made instantly by just taking photos of cattle in their standing positions without the need to take them to the weight scale.
Measurement results are displayed on the screen.

Measurement data are saved on the app so that you can also view past measurement results. The worker can grasp the growth status of cattle by viewing measurement history as needed during the daily management work.
Measurement results can be accumulated as a part of the daily activity log for further analysis and use.
