Presentation at the Exhibitor stage

BIPROGY will deliver a presentation at the Exhibitor stage, a session designated for exhibiting companies.

  • Theme:Success cases of STP processing for remittances in Japan (Efforts toward G20 goals)

  • Date & Time:October 1, 2025, 14:15–14:45 (CEST)

  • Place:Exhibitor stage 1

  • Overview:
By providing the workflow system to financial institutions, BIPROGY has achieved STP processing from remittance reception to message transmission. In this session, we will explain the challenges faced by financial institutions and how BIPROGY's solutions transformed their operations, using case studies as success cases. A summary of the outcomes is as follows.

    • The workflow functionality has simplified remittance status tracking and improved collaboration between branch and head office, while also achieving paperless operations including evidence management.

    • By automatically generating MX messages with SurFIN, significant operational efficiency has been achieved.

    • With Business Connect, foreign remittance operations that previously required coordination across multiple vendors can now be managed through a single-vendor solution. As a result, financial institutions no longer need to coordinate between vendors.
The administrative workload was reduced and costs were lowered.
For financial institutions using SurFIN, Business Connect was launched at Yamagata Bank in May 2025 and is scheduled to be implemented at 11 financial institutions within 2025.
